BROOKINGS, S.D. — The Nebraska wrestling team scored a dominant dual win at South Dakota State Saturday, beating the Jackrabbits 37-3 and winning all but one match.

South Dakota State took a 3-0 lead after Aaron Pickrel earned a 13-7 decision against Shawn Nagel at 125 pounds, but the Huskers cruised the rest of the way.

Nebraska took a 6-3 lead after Ridge Kiley won by forfeit at 133, and Jake Sueflohn scored a 6-2 decision over Dustin Walraven at 141 to increase the Huskers' lead to 9-3.

No Husker trailed for the rest of the dual, and South Dakota State never scored higher than six points in any match after Pickrel's win.

Big Ten wrestler of the week Robert Kokesh had one of the most lopsided wins of the night, a 17-4 major decision over Dillon Reid at 165. Kokesh held Reid scoreless until Reid managed an escape with 1:01 left in the second period. Reid scored three more points in the third period on an escape and a reversal, but never challenged Nebraska's redshirt freshman, who improved to 14-2 overall and 6-0 in duals.

Nebraska senior Tucker Lane won the heavyweight bout with a technical fall against Joe Skow. Lane took a 12-0 lead before Skow scored on a takedown with 1:49 left in the second period. Lane scored four more points before ending the match with a takedown.

The Huskers continue their northern road trip Sunday in Fargo, N.D., with a 1 p.m. dual against North Dakota State.
