“Cult” 8 p.m., CW (New)

Jeff encounters a surprise visitor in Nate’s apartment, while E.J. uncovers a cryptic email that was sent by Nate.

“Go On” 8 p.m., NBC (New)

Ryan falls back into his old gambling habit following a breakup, and Anne meets a slightly young bookstore clerk.

“The New Normal” 8:30 p.m., NBC (New)

Bryan basks in the Halloween spirit by decorating the house, going to a pumpking patch to spot celebrities and ruling over everyone’s costumes. But David rebels when Bryan insists on having a Honey Boo Boo theme.

“Golden Boy” 9 p.m., CBS (New)

A pretty thief tries to keep herself out of jail by giving Clark information about a murdered drug addict and her missing child.

“Body of Proof” 9 p.m., ABC (New)

A murder being investigated by Megan and Tommy appears to be the result of child abuse, but the parents claim their daughter was possessed by the devil.

“White Collar” 9 p.m., USA (New, season finale)

The guys are almost able to retrieve the evidence box from the Empire State Building, but their efforts are impeded by Sen. Pratt, who hired FBI agents to find the box first.

“Justified” 9 p.m., FX (New)

Crime lord Boyd realizes he has unfinished business to resolve. That’s never good for whatever business partner is involved. Meanwhile, Raylan decides to go dynamite fishing.

“Ultimate Soldier Challenge” 10:02 p.m. to 11:01 p.m., History (New, series premiere)

Green Berets from the United States square off against Norwegian special forces in this new series that challenges various groups of soldiers from around the world to combat competitions.
