Lindsey Neddenriep, a 2003 graduate of Johnson-Brock High School, was named a Springfield Business Journal "40 Under 40" honoree, and was celebrated on May 17 at Bass Pro Shops' World Headquarters in Springfield, Mo. Nominees for the regional business publication's award are recommended by community leaders, and an independent panel of five judges chooses the 40 honorees among more than 200 applicants. Neddenriep, who has lived in Springfield for nearly 10 years, is a Missouri State University and Sigma Sigma Sigma alumnae who has been employed by Feeding America food bank since her junior year in college. Feeding America serves hundreds of pantries and nonprofits across 28 southwest Missouri counties. She left briefly after taking a position with a national advertising agency, where she worked with clients like Tyson, Smucker's, M&M's and Uncle Ben's. After more than a year at the firm, Neddenriep was offered a promotion at the regional food bank, where she manages all public relations, media relations, marketing and communication, fundraising and event planning. She has also written dozens of grants, generating $2.5 million in awards; and, through two large events she coordinates annually, she has helped raise $700,000. Neddenriep serves on the board of directors for Rotaract, the Rotary International-sponsored service club for members under age 30, as president-elect, serving in the past as secretary and previously, community service director; and being named 2011 Member of the Year. She also serves as the youngest member of the Springfield News-Leader's advisory board, focusing public attention on critical challenges facing children. As an active community volunteer, Neddenriep gives time to organizations including international Convoy of Hope, Big Brothers Big Sisters, Boys & Girls Town of Missouri, the Community Blood Center and more. She frequents her alma mater as a keynote speaker, mentors area public relations and media students and helps contribute to a nonprofit degree program at a private institution. In her time with the large regional nonprofit, the organization was named "Small Business of the Year," "Nonprofit of the Year," and "Economic Impact Award Winner." Neddenriep, 27, is the youngest member of the "40 Under 40" Class of 2012.

Bailey Lauerman hired Doug Hagge as vice president and chief strategy officer, a new position that will lead the agency's brand strategy group. The Schemmer Associates Inc. (Schemmer), a local full-service architecture, engineering and planning firm, announces two new employees: Katie Shearman and Matthew Pinkosky. Shearman recently joined Schemmer as a senior marketing coordinator. Shearman holds a Bachelor of Science in journalism, public relations and advertising from the University of Nebraska at Omaha. She previously served as an internal communication specialist and editor-in-chief for Kiewit Corp. in Omaha. Additionally, Pinkosky joined the firm as a manager of information technology. Pinkosky graduated from the University of Nebraska at Omaha with his bachelor's degree in computer science. He brings more than 12 years of experience working in information technology systems. NAI NP Dodge agent Bryan Hartmann has been awarded the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation by the CCIM Institute. Hartmann was among 141 commercial real estate professionals nationwide who earned the designation, which is awarded to commercial real estate professionals upon successful completion of an advanced analytical curriculum and presentation of a portfolio of qualifying industry experience. Gary DeLaet has been promoted to senior vice president, Business Banking. DeLaet manages a business portfolio with emphasis on commercial, real estate and construction lending. He has 15 plus years in commercial and residential lending. DeLaet is a member of the Metro Omaha Builders Association.
Tim Riha has been promoted to first vice president, Business Banking. Riha manages a business portfolio for the bank. He has 13 years experience in the financial industry.
Lindsey Dankleff has been promoted to first vice president, Business Banking. Dankleff manages the bank's Cash Management Sales unit.
